His contract with the BR-BOE runs from September 1, 2014
through June 30, 2018, at a starting annual base salary of $171,279, together
with the full range of benefits that accompanies this position. Signed this evening, the contract provides
for his base pay to increase to $177,500 in the last year of his term. According to state law, his salary is capped.
